What about shipping?

Shipping in the EU is for free.

Anything international will be charged extra (of course not for the e-book. duh) If you are in the states, I do semi-regularly hop over the pond so if you’re interested to order, but don’t want to pay the horrendous international package fee, let me know and I can send it when I’m in the states!
